Tint by Designs – Return Policy for Window Tinting Products

At Tint by Designs, we stand by the quality of our window tinting products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, uncut, and in their original packaging.

Custom-cut or pre-cut window tint film orders are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Installed or partially installed window film.

Custom or special-order products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process
Contact us at Tintbydesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item(s) back to:
Tint by Designs – Returns Department

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
